Petit Orleans

Offering our custom Cottonwood Blend coffee, blended and roasted by award-winning Archetype Coffee, this quick-serve drink spot will feature coffee house favorites, cold brew, and “on-the-go” bites. As our contemporary answer to a classic coffee bar, our marketing focus will be on the significant residential building and neighborhoods surrounding the hotel.

Pool Club

The Pool Club provides The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel with  seasonal destination-worthy resort style services. When Summer arrives, the custom made shutters lift, the DJ plugs in, and we welcome our guests and Pool Club members for a resort style experience including poolside bites, fruity cocktails, and cold brews.

The Committee Chophouse

On dimly-lit, roaring twenties evenings, a group of friends gathered at the original Blackstone Hotel for weekly poker games, spearheaded by hotel owner Charles Schimmel. They ordered stiff drinks, told loud stories, and dubbed themselves "The Committee." Our steakhouse borrows their name to inspire a new era of lively rendezvous and great dining. Experience playful contemporary touches to a classic steakhouse atmosphere at The Committee Chophouse, including tender aged beef and a custom Caesar Salad, made tableside to your taste. Save room for something from our ever-evolving dessert menu – or drink your dessert as a whiskey-forward nightcap. For romantic outings or gatherings with friends, you won’t find a more artful conversation venue.

The Cottonwood Room

History repeats itself with the inception of the modern-day Cottonwood Room. A destination lounge with nods to its storied past, this dynamic space will feature small batch whiskeys, mixed cocktails at their best, and a wine list that impresses. Anchored by its namesake tree centered in the bar, guests will hear softly drifting music over quiet conversations. As the evening progresses, expect the celebrations to become more lively and the cocktails to flow. While The Cottonwood Room is a perfect place for couples or groups to begin and end their evenings, we have a feeling that, once you arrive, you might change your dinner plans and just decide to stay. 

The Orleans Room

Once known for its formality, The Orleans Room has re-invented dining for our guests and locals alike. Offering a French-influenced menu, diners will choose from Chef Jack’s take on traditional plates, along with distinctive shareable bites. Of course, Chef’s menu would not be complete without his Reuben Sandwich, originally created in the original Blackstone Hotel. The Orleans Room welcomes our guests in an elegant, but approachable way. Communal seating, intimate vignettes, and counter seats combine to create a comfortable space that brightens the morning, energizes the afternoon, and celebrates the evening.
